It's a blast to ride and is always a head turner at the stop lights and bars.
Everything works and it runs and handles great. If you want one to ride, this is it.
I bought the Indian Chief from Butch Baer (son of the first Indian dealer) at an auction in 2013. It was converted to 12 volts and restored when I bought it. I bought the bike to ride, so I installed a shift kit to convert it to left-hand shift/right-hand throttle like a modern bike and I added some LED bulbs to make the tail and brake lights brighter. I have the original parts and will include those in the sale. One photo shows the bike with the original right-hand jockey-shifter installed. It can be converted back in about an hour.
