For sale this Buick Roadmaster 8 from 1949. A beautiful car which is hard to miss due to its detailed design with the typical split windshield, plenty of chrome and not to forget its length. Already converted to 12 volts. The body including the chassis / underbody is rust-free. The paint was renewed a good 8 years ago, a bit older and has normal signs of wear and tear here and there (such as stone chips). There is no major or significant damage. As the current photos show, this Roadmaster 8 is in a complete and quite original condition. The interior has only been partially restored, or rather only the seats and the headliner have been overhauled. All other parts are untouched and simply offer an authentic patina with the associated feel. The Buick Roadmaster 8 has a great character and is wonderful to drive and experience. The engine (5.2 liter 8-cyl.) and automatic transmission run smoothly. With the typical 8-cyl inline, this oldie from the early 50s offers a really great ambience and unforgettable driving pleasure.
