I am selling my 1948 Chevy Thriftmaster 3100 pickup truck.  This is a bit of a project.

Condition is as follows...

All four tyres need replacing.  The front driver's side tyre has a slow puncture.  I will include 5 new whitewall tyres with the sale but you will need to fit them.
Wheels have been replaced with modern wheels that can take radial tyres instead of cross ply.
Engine is original straight 6 (pre V8).
Has optional Oil filter.  These were factory options but not standard.
Has had 12V alternator conversion already fitted.  For compatibility and reliability everyone tends to fit this modification.
Fitted new door lock.
Outside is a black primer base coat.  It is matt black.  It is uniform, the images show some slight wet marks as I had just washed it.
All outside chrome has rust.  Front grill in particular is rusty.  All is surface rust.
Main panels are all sound and rust free.
Pickup bed is old and a little rickety but solid.
Interior is tidy and the dash and steering wheel are clean and original.
Speedo does not appear to work.
Electrics work (headlights and such).
Comes with insert panels for doors. These will need upholstered.
It has a new fuel tank fitted.
It has a new radiator fitted.
