1951 Chevy 3100, 4x4 4BT Cummins diesel  , 5 speed manual.  So the story goes like this..... I bought the truck last year as someone's abandon project. He had it kind of mounted to the frame and a motor set in it. I ended up full dismantling the truck and started over. The chassis he had and I reused is a 2000 s10 frame , has been sandblasted primed and painted. New custom body mounts were made to give the truck a firm foundation.  All new brake lines were installed (the stainless copper style) new calipers , ball joints, pads , New rear drums and shoes/spring kits in the rear. Has a New Rough Country 6" Lift kit with shocks. I moved gas tank out of the cab for more room and installed a 17 gallon aluminum  fuel cell out back. It has a 4BT Cummins that fires right up with no blow by or turbo shaft play.
The transmission and transfer case are mid 90s Chevy truck I believe he said it was a nv3500. He told me he replaced the clutch. It has a real good feel to it a seems very strong. I installed new slave and clutch master Clyd as well. Truck has brand new aluminum radiator with elecric fan. New 304 stainless steel exhaust, new haywire wiring harness , all wiring is new ,all lights work and have been replaced even the horn works! Has new  Electric sending gauges and Speedo. Has new master clyd with wilwood adjustable porp valve. New drive shaft , u joints and yoke. New 18" moto metal wheels with Nitto Mud Grapplers 33/12.5/18 tires. The inside floor has been sprayed with a LineX type coating under side is undercoated.
Over all its like a new truck.
