1948 Buick Sedanette Custom
1948 Buick Sedanette, the car was built in the early 90's at a very high cost and no expense spared. The car now has a little over 18K miles and still runs/drives/looks very good.
The engine is a 1968 Buick 455 which was completely rebuilt along with the 375 transmission. The rearend is Chevy and was also rebuilt. The front suspension and the rear both came from a 76 Pontiac and the steering column is GM. The radiator and electric fan/shroud are all walker radiator products, car runs cool. The car was completely rewired with a modern fuse panel, electric wipers, remote doors (right doors works perfect, left door some times you have to push button a couple times) A brand new door remote controller & remotes included.
The interior is leather with power seat on driver side. 3 point seat belts, electric clock, nice CD stereo. 
The wheels are G45 series from Billet speciaties along with the steering wheel, door handles, mirrors and many engine parts (valve covers were one-offs) The car has Vintage Air/Heat although the air was never charged since new. The windshield is V-butted. The paint is dupont Cromabase Champage mist and does show some age with a few scratches and some checking and a couple very small bubbles on the lower pass door. The body was and still is very solid, the chrome/stainless still shows well.
The car has a full air-ride suspension front & rear with parts from Air-ride technologies with a newer compressor. The car does drop pretty low but will cruise all the way down. See pics with it raised all the way up as well. The exhaust is 2 1/4 with flowmaster mufflers
Front tires are 215/70/15
Rear tires are 275/60/15
Hood can open from either side, just like stock.
